 When people are hurt they feel all types of emotions, which is reasonable becasue they might have gone through so much. People feel hatred towards the person who had hurt them or they might just feel ad or mad. This is all part of the emotions we all have but somewhere in your heart you must  have some type of forgiveness to someone who did not mean to hurt you and they regret everything they did and just feel sorry and they know what they deserve and accept it. Sometime all that hatred just starts to consume you and you have to take action becasue it will affect you in the future. It is important to realize that all that sadness and hatred is bad for your health and it does not do good for you and the guilt does not do good for the person. You must remember that when you forgive it does not mean you will forget, it just means that you will leave the past behind you and with it all the hatred and sadness and start moving forward and teach others the life lesson you have learned. Forgive but never forget the pain but you will not affected by the sadness.
