Environmental Health Specialist
Duties and responsibilities:An environmental health specialist is a general term for someone who inspects environmental health systems to make sure they are in compliance with local, state and federal regulations. These regulations are set by the government to keep citizens safe and healthy. Responsibilities often include: Reviewing permits,Collecting and interpreting data
  • Investigating complaints
  • Monitoring
  • Educating
  • Performing inspections
  • Renewing or revoking licenses

Salary:
Average: $41,880

Education:
You have to earn a bachelor's  degree, then gain experience, and then consider certification. You must have to take all types of class that involve science and work experience.

Demand or need for this profession:

Reflection: I think i would not like to be a Environmental health specialist because it is not in my interest and not one of my goals. It does look like an enjoyable job but it's not my type of job.
